Today when I was happily using the MacBook Pro I just bought last year, I found that the screen color temperature was constantly changing rapidly: changing green > yellow > white... keeps looping.
I was really dizzy, so I found a way to turn off the automatic change of the screen color temperature.
Solution
The reason why the screen keeps changing the color temperature is mostly because MacBook will detect light in different environments by default and make changes in order to keep the colors consistent. (But I think it's unless...)
We only need to turn off the True Tone option.
Step 1: Click Apple icon at upper left corner and select System Preferences...
Step 2: Select Displays
Step 3: Uncheck "True Tone"
At this point it should be done.
